Welcome to MegaPro, a product of MEGAGIG Software Solution Ltd. By signing up for and using MegaPro, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

• You agree not to modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or misuse the software.
• Unauthorized use or violation of this agreement may result in account termination.

• By using MegaPro, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You retain ownership of your business data; however, you grant MegaPro permission to use anonymized data for service improvement purposes.

6. Termination

• You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting support.
• MEGAGIG Software Solution Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or misuse of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MegaPro is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• MEGAGIG Software Solution Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the software.

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or within the software. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the legal jurisdiction of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
